The Client Services Analyst will provide telephone support and technical, computer related assistance in a courteous and friendly manner to approximately 3,000 Toll Brothers employees.
The position consists of a flexible weekday schedule along with weekend shifts. Start times may alternate on a weekly basis.This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-billion-dollar Forbes Global 2000 company!

- Philadelphia MagazineWeekend availability, exceptional customer service skills, strong application support skills (Microsoft Office application suite), and sound analytical/problem-solving skills are required. The ability to quickly learn Toll Brothers' proprietary systems is essential. Familiarity with call-tracking software is a plus. Experience troubleshooting hardware, network, and connectivity problems is crucial!
