IT Process Analyst
Panasonic is currently seeking to fill a full time IT Process Analyst position for the Information Services Division in Secaucus, NJ.
Job Overview:
Policy and Procedure Management
- Overall IT Process Owner. Insure that all policies and processes are maintained in accordance with GISC-AM standard
- Manage and implement process improvement efforts within department.
- Document new policies and procedures and obtain appropriate approvals
- Periodically review policies and procedures for effectiveness. Implement process improvements where appropriate.
- Periodically validate compliance to policies and procedures, escalate to management where deficiencies are found.
- Insure all outsourcing processes and procedures align with GISC-AM process and procedures
- Review outsourcing SOWs language to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are noted so vendor must comply.
- Communicate policy, process and procedure changes, through formal communications and publishing to website.
- Work with web team to maintain policy and procedure website.
- Educate GISC-AM team members on GISC-AM processes and policies.
- Responsible for managing all policies and procedures

Education and Experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 plus years experience in IT organization
- Bachelor degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience is required.
- Broad experience in IT functional areas and broad exposure to business operations
- Must have experience documenting policies, procedures, and processes
