Unified Technical, Inc. is looking for a Senior Windows / VMWare Server Engineer to join their team in El Segundo, CA.  This is a permanent position with full benefits, vacations, and 401K plan.

Responsibilities:
Responsibility of the server engineer will be administration of an enterprise level network consisting of Windows 2003 Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Clustering, DNS, WINS in a 24/7 environment. The hands-on engineer who will own and spearhead projects and will focus in many or all of the following areas: Server hardware architecture, virtualization, high availability, technology solutions for disaster recovery, aligning computing strategies with datacenter strategies, storage area networking (SAN), backups, and instrumentation and monitoring of distributed systems.

Technical Skills:
*  Full Life Cycle Design and Implementation technical lead experience over technology related projects.
*  In-depth experience with Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory administration.
*  In-depth knowledge of the following protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, LDAP and RPC.
*  In-depth knowledge of Hewlett Packard server hardware including Blade technology.
*  Experience with VMware ESX server software.
*  Experience with VMware VDI/VMware View and Thinstall technologies.
*  Knowledge of configuring and implementing SAN, storage systems (preferably HP).

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card/EAD holder local in Southern CA for an in-person interview only.   Must be able to pass a background check.
